GENERAL CONDITIONS
The auction procedure will take place using the secret bid method, with the criteria of the highest price increasing with respect to the price based on the tender. Reduction offers will not be accepted.
To view the car on sale, you can contact the Administrative Office of the Embassy of Italy in Yangon, by the day before the deadline for the submission of offers, at the following email address: contabilita.yangon@esteri.it
The opening of the sealed envelopes containing the secret offers will take place on August, 30th 2022, at 11.00 am in the meeting room of the Embassy of Italy, 3, Inya Myaing Road, Golden Valley, Bahan Township, Yangon.
PRICE BASED ON TENDER
The tender based price offered refers to the vehicle and not to improvements, administrative costs or transport costs.
TERM AND METHOD OF SUBMITTING THE OFFERS
To participate in this procedure, each participant must send a sealed envelope containing their personal details and address. The envelope must contain the words "Offer for the purchase of a car owned by the Embassy of Italy in Myanmar". The envelope must be received no later than August 22, 2022 to the following address:

WINNERS
The winner will be declared in favor of the one whose offer is greater than that of the other competitors. In the event of equal winning bids, the award will be made by drawing lots.
This notice is published on the notice board of the Embassy of Italy in Yangon, on the web page of the same office and sent to the entire diplomatic and consular network.
