From 19 June 2023, the Embassy of Italy in Yangon adopts the new Prenot@mi system to book appointments to submit visa applications. The service is available in Italian and English, and it is active on the page https://prenotami.esteri.it.
It will therefore be possible to book appointments for visas exclusively on the new online system, starting from the first available date.
The detailed list of required documents for each type of visa and further information regarding visa applications are available on the Embassy website (https://ambyangon.esteri.it/ambasciata_yangon/it/informazioni_e_servizi/visti/documents-you -need-to-apply-for.html).Any email containing requests for appointments or information that is already provided on the web site will be disregarded and not answered.
The Visa Office will only reply to emails containing urgent requests regarding visas for family, study, work (including seamen) and business reasons.
