On the 18th there was a buffet dinner; in the morning of the 19th a \u201cwine and cheese tasting\u201d; in the evening of the same day a mouth-watering Gala Dinner, organized in collaboration with the Cha\u00eene des R\u00f4tisseurs de Birmanie.
