Meeting with Chief Minister of Mandalay Region H.E. U Zaw Myint Maung

“Mandalay is the capital of one of the most vibrant and dynamic Regions of Myanmar, with a lot of opportunities for Italian companies”, commented Ambassador Alessandra Schiavo when she met the Chief Minister of Mandalay Region H.E. U Zaw Myint Maung. On the occasion, our Ambassador accompanied representatives from the Italian Trade Agency, FEDERUNACOMA (the Italian Agriculture Machinery Manufacturers Federation) and ANIMA (the Italian Federation of Mechanical and Engineering Industries). The Italian delegation also met some of the highest Representatives of the Mandalay Region Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and visited a site for the implementation of a project on irrigation.
