National visa application form

– Table for calculating means of support required to enter the Italian national territory for tourism, according to the Ministry of Interior Directive March 1st 2000.

– Proof of sponsorship and/or private accomodation (only if needed).

 

VISA FEES: 

– Schengen visa (type C – up to 90 days)

  • Adults and children above 12 years old – EUR 90
  • Children 6-11 years old – EUR 45
  • Children under 6 years old – EUR 0

– National visa (type D – more than 90 days)

  • Long-stay visa (e.g. family reunion, work etc.) – EUR 116
  • Study visa – EUR 50

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

– Please make sure to bring with you one passport-style photo with white background and without any retouching.

– Information on the protection of individuals with reference to the processing of personal data for the issuance of an entry visa in Italy and in the Schengen area (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR (EU) 2016/679, art. 13).

-According to Law Decree n. 145 of 11th October 2024, starting from 11th January 2025 fingerprints registration will be required to the applicants in order to submit type D visa (national visa) applications too.
