The Embassy of Italy celebrated “Cultural Connections“, the 2025 edition of Open House, together with eight other embassies and cultural centers in Yangon, where a special programme of live performances, art exhibits, food tastings, and many other exciting activities was available for the visitors.
On May 17th and 18th, the Italian Embassy in Yangon organised a two-days event dedicated to discovering different aspects of Italian and Myanmar cultures and to fostering fruitful connections, while at the same time contributing to the earthquake relief efforts.

16:00-18:00 | Launch of “From Light to Darkness: Burma Baroque” Photo Book and Photo Exhibition by Nicolò Tassoni Estense (free admission, all proceeds from the sales of books and photos to be donated to support earthquake relief efforts) – Meeting Room.
