From 28 June 2024, an updated version of the harmonised application form for Schengen visa will come into use. The new form has minimal differences compared to the previous one and is available in the section dedicated to visas on the Embassy’s official website, with all the necessary documentation and forms.
Please remember that the Embassy only accepts computer-typed visa applications and therefore reserves the right to reject hand-filled and/or illegible forms. It is recommended to show up for the visa application appointment at the Embassy with the form already completed, dated, signed, with a photo glued in the appropriate box and stapled to the sides. In exceptional cases, hard copies of the forms will be provided free of charge.
